Central school

A school, usually rural, that provides both primary and secondary school education.

Certificates I-IV

Certificates I-IV are vocational qualifications which prepare candidates for both employment and further education and training.

An adult basic education curriculum: covering reading, writing, oral communication, numeracy and general education skills.

Computer Skills Assessment

Computer Skills Assessment refers to tests set by the NSW Department of Education and Training for Year 6 students and the Board of Studies NSW for students in Year 10. They are designed to assess aspects of students' knowledge, skills and understanding in the area of Information and Communication Technologies.

Country Areas Program (CAP)

The Country Areas Program (CAP) addresses the disadvantage associated with geographic isolation. In NSW CAP is administered as part of the Australian Government funding by NSW Department of Education and Training.
